Yeah, I had to cut back, when I first stopped alcohol I drank a LOT of coffee​:rofl::v:t3:

It’s like you have to have something to curb the cravings. But hopefully it will get easier!

Oh it gets easier I promise! I actually like NA beers because beer was my drink of choice and I acquired a taste for it!!

Yea my drink of choice is wine .. I’m trying to make it a was. But yea I feel like I associate it with relaxing but just end up over doing it and feeling awful the next day.

Yeah, I didn’t drink wine for that reason. Always felt like sh!t the next day !

Exactly and the anxiety is awful so I just hope that I keep on going. I feel a lot more clearer today.
