Darling hang tough. For me the first eight days were just absolutely devastating. I was drinking enough that I should have medically detox but of course this ridiculous alcoholic decide to pull it off by himself at home. It’s always recommended to detox in a facility with medical professionals. I hope you’re safe.

Hi Michelle. I know you. I’ve seen you around (NOLA)… I’m sorry you are going through this. I’ve been sober from meth, crack and heroin for 10 months. I will recommend you go to Integrity Rehab on Read Blvd by the East Hospital. They got me off drugs and they actually care about your recovery. It’s a 7 day Detox plus 30 day program. They will give you medication to manage the withdrawal symptoms. You eat 3 meals a day, they have fun activities to get your mind off the addiction, plus your own room with Television and a private bathroom. They helped me, I’m sure they can help you. Please go, it’s extremely difficult to stop cold turkey without medical professionals helping you
