I can begin again as many times as i need to throughout my day each day. I can restart my day, reshift my attitude, adjust my perception, redirect my thinking, and recenter myself as often as i choose to today! I no longer have to feel stuck in a pattern or a position or a behavior today. My Higher Power is always there to guide me and redirect me twd a higher plane of thinking and being. My having made it this far is tangible proof of that! I have choices today- i can choose to change at any given moment if i find myself falling short of what i know i could be doing. Today i get to change the trajectory of my day with the help of my Higher Power and this program- I'm no longer a prisoner to the things and behaviors that once caused turmoil and collateral damage all around me! Blessed be!
Today i am grateful for the many opportunities i get to make changes thru, i am grateful for the choices i have today, and i am grateful that i never have to be stuck or imprisoned by my old behaviors/attitudes ever again!
