Being sober ain’t always easy 115 days today- missing the lifestyle but glad not to be living it. Confusing

Not all that confusing to us...it makes sense. You don't only get addicted to the drink or drug, but everything about it...from the way you use/drink, to your routines, etc...that's why they preach about "people, places, and things" because if you aren't changing those, it's sadly only a matter of time.
Being sober is NOT easy, and I'm so proud of you!

It’s a hard habit to break, but so worth it. Thanks for your support I love it and need it. I’m proud of you to, I don’t know your story but just being here is a great thing.
Of course we miss the lifestyle! That’s all we’ve ever known. I remember being new in recovery and having a hard time occupying all the extra hours I had that had been filled before with chasing my high. Eventually you’ll find things to do! It’s a work in progress! Congratulations on 115 days! That’s amazing!
