I’m happily staying at my house on a Friday night. The peace that comes from finding solitude in yourself is comforting. I flip through social media thinking that the world has gone mad. It’s as if they want the masses addicted; scary stuff.
It used to be that having tattoos, piercings, on drugs, drinking, being rebellious, anti authority etc was cool but now it’s the opposite. Even the guidelines on dating are deteriorating rapidly. Now when you’re sober and clear headed, you’re the minority and going against the grain of modern society. Funny how that works. I rather enjoy swimming through the current.
