Being Sober today, listened to AA Zoom meeting @ work, listening now to Alanon Zoom meeting @ work, napped @ lunch, donating platelets after work today.

Try and do some in person meetings if you can, I don’t no if you have a sponsor but that really helped me Mike and going through the AA book and working the steps really helped me Mike. But great job on what you’re doing now God bless your journey
