It may not be this way for everyone, but as I continue to choose sobriety everything continues to improve. From my gym attendance with my son to our relationship as father and son to opportunities at work and friendships made and grown. I want to say for certain that there is hope, and that my hope is in Christ Jesus, Yahweh, and the Holy Spirit how lead me to success in many ways, including pursuing the sober lifestyle. Absolutely. I have cut out family, friends. My immediate family husband daughter is all that matters to me. My recovery friends mean more to me than some of my family. One day at a time. 
not too miss out on God for sure because I should be dead. My recovery team is amazing.
