How did you do it?

I relapsed after almost 9 years. It cost me 3 years of oblivion before I came crawling back in 2014.
Always remember, that the circus is still in town.

It was a time in my life where even though I had been sober for a long time some things came back to haunt me that I didn't think I would ever have to deal with. Eventually I did what I call "believing the lie;" That this time, everything will be OK. But it never is.
It was a big lesson for me, for sure.

Coming up on 9 yrs again in July.

I've seen people go back out after 30 years. Alcohol is cunning, baffling and powerful for sure.
