Ha! I don’t even think about celebrating my birthdays anymore. I am 58. I will say that on that particular day in September, I do get a little bit of a feeling. But that’s about it. If anything just hanging out with my family. Congrats in advance the big 40. You are doing the right things!!

Well since 40 is the new 30 and 30 is the new 20, then you’re not even old enough to drink legally!! But seriously, happy birthday!!:balloon::gift:. Now that I’m sober, I feel better at 47 than I ever have!

Happy early birthday! :tada: The big 40 is a beautiful milestone. In recovery I’ve learned that celebrating life itself is a gift. For me, birthdays now mean gratitude, good company, maybe a great meal, and yes… definitely some dancing! :dancer: Staying sober doesn’t mean the fun stops—it just means we remember every joyful moment. Wishing you an amazing celebration and a new year filled with peace, laughter, and continued growth. Enjoy that dance floor! :raised_hands:

Happy early birthday! My 40th was awesome! I was sober and celebrating with friends and family. One week later I was married to my INCREDIBLE wife, which is a (late) birthday gift that will never be topped.

I celebrated my birthday this past week by chairing to a meeting
