Blessed

I am grateful for my children that make me strive to be my best self and I pray that my daughter has the strength to overcome her demons

I think as long as you set a great example for her as a woman in recovery, she will when she is ready. Attraction rather than promotion. I'll keep her in my prayers.

Action over prayers. Prayers are a polite gesture I suppose. But they are nothing compared to real life solid help. Keep being there for her. Go to meetings together, build your support system from the meetings.

That's amazing!!!

Update to a year later she got sober got pregnant and rehab with twins then lost one of the twins 18 weeks was carrying the second and ended up having him still born at 25 weeks. She was still doing really good until a few months later and it’s been downhill since on July 4 will be the day that the twins both came into this world sleeping the difference now is she keeps her distance she’s about an hour and a half away from me. I try to make sure I check on her every day but I have to say this is the worst, she’s ever been. I just hope she gets help before it’s too late. but with all of that being said, I’m one week away from 10 years sober :tada:
