I need alcohol to deficate. What do I do?
A tablespoon of olive oil, or any vegetable oil should help. There are also laxatives. You can make it work without alcohol.
Magnesium supplements as well. I’m running into the same problem, our bodies just have to get used to our new normals. Increase fiber, increase water intake.

Coffee, laxative, granola, yogurt, lots of choices better than alcohol
