Brand new to this app. I’m 4 days into sobriety and I’m noticing some withdrawal symptoms. It’s frightening because I didn’t realize I was that bad.

Hi Garrett and welcome to loosid. Glad you are sober and four days is a great beginning. If you are having withdrawals you may want to include a doctor in the discussion about sobriety. Withdrawals can get quite serious.
