Thankful for the “church” that God has lead me to, even though I often feel like its been difficult for them to understand me, lately anyway. However my life, as well as my body/brain, has been incredibly unstable so that might be just me, I’m not even sure right now.

For me at first everything seemed so weird and not normal, for so long I used alcohol to numb all emotions and with that gone I had to deal with all of them. Hard to regulate something you aren't used to regulating. Believing in the process and higher power help get me through it. Didnt come at first, took sometime. Had to fake it untill I did start to believe because I started to change. This whole process takes time and honest uncomfortable work, it does work, trust the process and reach out as many times as you need to. You got this
