Can anyone please explain to me how to contact support, or where there is a help FAQ section, or just nip the whole problem in the bud by telling me how you check someone else's profile out?

You should just be able to click on the persons avatar picture.
Hi Michael, To check out another member's profile profile just tap the thumbnail next to their name. There is an FAQ located in the menu at the bottom right of the main screen. To your last question if you need to contact support directly I'm Tech Support directly the email address there is support@loosidapp.com

Great, thanks, and that worked. Now, how do I check a profile on the dating platform?
In dating you can only see what is on their profile until they have liked you back. If you see someone you like tapped the heart and they were receiving notification that you have liked them. Before you will be able to see their community profile or chat with them they will have to tap the heart on your profile as well.
