I'm reading a book by Trent Shelton, look him up on Amazon

I’ve read quite a few memoirs, but somehow just decided to read Dry by Augusten Burroughs, which I’ve had in my Kindle for years. It is great!

Hey Sophie, so proud of you, 47 days is no joke... first, it is going to be okay😊...(that's something I wished I had in my early sobriety) The choice, for me, between using and not (4yrs) became about seeking the truth... the truth of myself... that which you will never find under any kind of influence, ever... pairing that to my higher power has given me the time i have till now...I've read hundreds of books but one, if your open, that is simple and easy on your heart...(you might find it makes it even glow a little)...is Untethered Soul... big hug coming at ya!🫂

Congratulations on your hard work I'm staying clean for 47 days props to you. Hope you don't think this silly but one of the best books I've read along my journey is a book by Max Lucado called he still moves stones.

The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.

The missing link (easy short read), the body keeps the score, if you want to nerd out on science, the serenity principle another short read.

Try Russel Brands book. It’s pretty light reading and sort of an intro to someone useful tools for recovery.

Another good one is The Naked Mind.
