Psycho cybernetics. That book is an amazing book because it starts with changing your mind and using your mind to create the life that you want.

"power of thought" it's a really good book, and easy to read. Kinda like a manifestation type law of attraction type but really interesting.

This guy Joe Elliot- I don't know if he has books, but a video of him explaining Step One in a very detailed way of how alcoholics/addicts are physiologically different from others was a tremendous help to me. I quit trying to moderate and focused on not starting.

"Sitting in Pictures, Vision Meditations for Addiction Recovery", based in Native American spirituality. It has snippets from the big book and other traditional addiction books as well as quotes from people of different native American tribes, and little pictures to do short meditations on. I like it because it has enough substance to make a difference in my daily practices, but it is concise enough to never feel burdensome to read, even on a bad day.

The unexpected joy of being sober.

Also think of other things that you enjoyed before you were drinking. I know it can be hard but don’t forget to have fun. It was a huge thing for me outside of reading.
