Can anyone suggest a good twelve step workbook?

The best thing to guide you through the steps is your sponsor. NA has the official "Step Working Guide" that most people around here have their sponsees use. It is really thorough. For AA, I just went through the steps with my sponsor and Big Book. However, I have heard good things about the "AA Powerful 12 Step Workbook". Amazon had it in hardcover and paperback.
