Can’t believe I’ve drank daily for 30 yrs and haven’t mentally grown a ounce because of it , life is tough enough , now I’m 15 days clean and learning a whole new me , crazy , and scary however it’s what I need to do stay sober and live

Rob I’m with you. It’s disgusting how it stopped me from growing mentally and not knowing it. It’s one of the things that keeps my head going at night… LOL ….Stay strong !
