Can’t f’n sleep for the last 5 days. Stress, very little anxiety bc I’m not drinking. I need some deep sleep :pray:

Try a guided meditation. When I first got sober it was the only thing that worked. I also find good success with white noise now that I have some time. There are some good free apps out there for both options. I hope things get better! :two_hearts:

I walked and walked and walked . That allowed me to think and put me to sleep

I heard magnesium’s vitamins help with sleep

Melatonin helps me. I take 1mg, which obviously is a very low dose, but it's just enough for me for a good night's sleep.
