can’t figure out how to change my supposed amount of sobriety. i’m at barely 48hrs from fentanyl. and only because all the product is garbage. my methadone dose doesn’t hold me more than 3-4 hours. i’m so tired of living.

I know how tough opiates are. I struggled with it for years. Please know all the pain, withdrawals and discomfort are only temporary. Please feel free to reach out here anytime.
My heart breaks for you Luna. I watched helplessly as my son died of a stroke after a blood infection at 32 from IV use. My roommate from rehab overdosed 1 month out at 19 yo from fent. Whatever you need to do to save your life please keep trying beautiful girl
