I meditate or a hot bath or go for a walk or listen to music
Thank you. I like all those things. I need to make myself reminders so I do them. Instead of stress clean. Which is productive, at least

I put on headphones and travel to another dimension with some trippy music.
This was my issue. I had a cpl drinks to take the edge off. I smoke Marijuana since I was a kid but didn't help with my anxiety as much. My Dr put me on Hydroxyzine. Non addictive and help put me to sleep. It's been working wonders. I was have also vitamin deficiencies she put me on 3x vitamin d and a prenatal pill. No I'm not pregnant.lol
Exercise. Breathing exercises. every time I felt myself getting frustrated anxious or just generally crappy. I’d take 2 mins to detach do some deep breathing and think hard about what was really getting me all worked up. 99 percent of the time I could calm myself down.
Also realize sometimes you are allowed to just be mad. That’s where the physical exercise comes in. Blow off some steam.
