Yes Joe Kathy is right whatever you do don't give up it's not even for nobody Fight for Your Life people love you and so do I
It's not easy I meant to say
Not sure how much you drink.
If you can't stop on your own, you may need treatment or at least detox. After that, it's all a matter of getting involved in a program and not believing THE LIE; That this time, a drink will be ok. You have to play the scene forward.
What happens when you pick up a drink? You may feel good for a while. But sooner or later, you end up right back where you are right now this minute, having to deal with all the emotions and challenges of life.
I got sober through Alcoholics Anonymous. I went to meetings just about every day for the first two years. I got a sponsor and he took me through the 12 steps. Haven't had a drink for nearly 8 years and life is pretty good.
Today, is the first day of the rest of your life. What you do with it is up to you!
Nobody told you it would be easy! If you keep on doing what you've always done you'll keep on getting what you've always gotten!
Won’t stop
Try moving every time you feel like drinking or using. It is wonderful what exercise does to your brain. Even a long brisk walk. I bought a bicycle and ear pods. It has been magic for me. Music and exercise!
