Two people in recovery can make it when both are sober and doing the work. It might be hard but you have to protect your sobriety and your babies. Set firm boundaries. Move your money, loop in a trusted person, and lean on meetings/Al-Anon. You don’t have to carry him to get your life back.

AJ, you aren’t rambling on. A big part of my ongoing recovery is to be of service. Especially to newcomers trying to get and stay clean. There is a very happy sober life waiting for you. I believe we are blessed to be recovering addicts. A whole new dimension opens up for us through our journey if we stay on the path. A higher consciousness opens us up for a beautiful and fulfilling life.

Soooooo I was in a situation similar where someone hid it from me, it broke trust so bad it wasn’t fixable. Made it bad for me to have to always question everything and then always wonder wat else they lie about..?!!

This is a rough one Program does say we need to be selfish and think about our own best interests especially for the babies as for you just gotta push through and work solid program and hopefully your man sees what you have in Recovery and wants it that’s why we say it’s attraction rather than promotion Friend. I’ll personally be praying for You and Your Family You can do this stay in middle of the circle get in person Home group because you do deserve to tell yourself each morning waking up AJ is worthy of Love Honor Trust Dignity and Respect tell yourself at least two or three times a day morning afternoon and Bedtime

Book of Alcoholics Anonymous only tells Me to suggest that You get a Sponsor and start working the thee program so that you can se where the causes and conditions where that lead you to Drinking and using I can only suggest this and you can do this in NA as well Friend it’s just a suggestion again I’ll be praying for You and Your Family and Your Man as well

It is very difficult to get clean together. You have to both want it for yourselves not each other. You must do everything you can to stay clean by eliminating triggers and putting distance in between you and people, places and things. Meetings are important, find a sponsor and have them take you through the steps. The steps will transform your life

Is tough, but it’s also possible. I seen two addicts being together and staying clean.
