Feel it, writing helps with my brain sometimes. Just writing about what happened in my day, hope you get some sleep

I used to sleep with the television on to have noise, this way I wasn't in my thoughts. I found that the light from the TV kept me awake as the days passed. I found a few other things help me get (not stay, another struggle) asleep.

Using the Beezos machine (Alexa) to play white or green noise

Listening to the news (the anchor voices are typically soothing to me)

Playing a horror movie podcast, I know weird. I'm a horror movie junkie! No judging.
