I don't blame her at all. I accidently cooked them well done and they were still good!
Do you marinade your chops, or season them?
It depends on my mood.
I marinated them in worchestire (spell check) sauce, a splash of lemon juice, olive oil, hot sauce, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a garlic clove for about 4 hours. I eyeball everything, so, I have no recipe/measurements to give.
It was delicious.
I think I put a bit of dried parsley, too.
