Captains log day 28.... Sobriety continues. The forces are strong with irritation at work but I remain grateful for employment. I am uncertain on the path ahead but for today, it's tolerable. Hoping to encounter others on the same sober path to join forces in our battles!

I feel you I struggle with that uncertainty too. But I know the path I’m on in the is sobriety is a good one. I’m on day 23 and the fact I couldn’t see myself here a month ago is a win. Can’t overthink the unknown though so incredibly hard but just keep on the path we are on! I’m with you!
