If today is day one all over again, that is a win. You are choosing to take the tougher path, knowing that it is the better path. Celebrate that. If today is a week two. Please. Celebrate that. If today is day 9,728... Celebrate that ish. Life will bring us losses and defeats all on its own. What we chose to Celebrate and how we chose to do so is what dictates our perception of "quality of life."

True quality of life Shay is not as elusive as it seems. For me, at least, it begins with my daily gratitudes. If I acknowledge each morning just some of the many things that I have to be grateful for... If I keep in mind these things throughout the day, no one can take away this gratitude. If I do these things, no matter the struggle, the pain, the burden... If I hold tight these thi gs for which I am so very and truly grateful for, at worst I will have a tough day. At best I will have a great and productive day.

The crazy thing Brian, is I am only beginning to get it, yet my life has been transformed already. Not much has changed aside from my frame of mind, yet EVERYTHING has changed. Thanks brother, for the encouragement. I certainly try to be.
