Celebrated my birthday yesterday. Had such an amazing day. Spent quality time with my family, ate a bunch of food, went to a meeting, went to work, celebrated at work. I felt the love and presence of my higher power in my life. I have peace and contentment. I appreciate the simple blessings I am able enjoy so much. Thank you to my higher power for giving me the opportunity to live this wonderful life in recovery.
