Today I am going to be making some changes!!! No dating, and working on my first step… I’m so proud of myself for making it this long without putting any substance into my body. I feel amazing today and praying for all the sick and suffering addicts and the sweet sweet babies born in this affliction we call addiction.
God Grant Me The Serenity To Accept The Things I Cannot Change the Courage To Change The Things I Can and The Wisdom To Know The Difference

Your doing the right thing no dating! I made that mistake. This is a time in our lives we have to focus on ourselves for once! 1st step was so difficult for me to finally accept that once I take that 1st drink I have no control. The only power I have is the choice not to take that 1st drink. I love the Serenity prayer and say it as many times a day as I need to Absolutely change is possible...any day an addict chooses sobriety they are a living miracle
