Chapter 7
Me: I know I don't want to be disfigured on my journey. I am referencing my missing teeth and right eye
Goddess: Number 1 I know what you're referring to the truth is plain to see. Plus I am a Goddess so no real secrets from me
Me: well you are right on both points.
Goddess: Right on as the point that went through your eye
Me: I would say that is below the belt, but you would come back with a quip about being technically it is above the belt. If being your eye and all so I won't bother
Goddess:You humans and your vanity. If you have one pubic hair out of place your whole day is ruined oh whoa as me.. you trying being responsible for your free will and having to correct that so you get back on your right track that is a never ending job and don't get me started choosing the colors and order they happen in for sunrises and sunsets. We could be here all day.
Me:So why and I wouldn't use the word stand because you're literally glowing Infront of me. What brings you to my neck of the rocky patch?
Goddess; You can choose to move forward on this path of rocks and other hardships, or you can head back now and do the easier softer way and not know what goodness lays ahead.
Me:What treats lay ahead for me? Is this a wait and see and big reveal of a characteristic of growth and arc and redemption.
Goddess: you already established that in chapter such and such that this isn't one of those lame stories with a feel good symphony music as the character makes his or her stand All I am saying is stick around and see what comes next instead of heading back now
.
Me:What more bashing my face in, more set backs, more pain and trauma?
Goddess:you humans and oh the pain. All living things feel discomfort and pain regardless where you are on the food chain what a selfish and narcissistic lot you are.
Me: So I should accept whatever comes my way?
.
Goddess: Make peace with it and move on. That is what it is about just being dust in the wind
Me: Where do I go from here? All I see rocks and a huge canyon that is pretty freaking grand straight ahead.
Goddess: wherever you like.
Then poof she vanished.
I looked to the left and saw a rain forest and looked the the right and saw a bunch of sand.
I went left. I am not going to go kick rocks and I am not getting sand in my crack. Off to be George of the jungle it is
