My new job is in a building with excellent, I mean superb, toilet paper. Counting my blessings for sure.

Do you remember that old toilet paper advert "Is your bathroom breeding bolsheviks?"
It basically is saying that if you own a business and you provide your employees with the cheapest worst tp that you will breed discontent because you are showing how little you care for them. Basically, like minimum wage.
