Today I am grateful for a clear mind even with racing thoughts. For inner peace deep where spirit unrest used to be. That even with anxiety I can navigate my days. I can be useful

Praise God, isn't a clear mind wonderful, your inner peace that nobody can mess with you. I have anxiety very bad since I've been four years old. But as of today and 15 years the anxiety gets easier cuz we know it's just something playing in our minds good luck prayer sent your way Margie
