I put off everything for so long that im waaaaayyyy behind in adulting. My license has been expired since 2018 and i got a DUI on an expired license in 2021. Finally enrolled in DUI classes and getting my license back next Wednesday! I havent had a job since 2014. Every dollar i made was from crime. But thanks to my Higher Power, i start a legitimate job in a residential treatment/detox center next Thursday!

Congratulations on the job! I worked in treatment for a year and a half. It can be very rewarding. It was really good for me, especially in early recovery. One of the gifts of sobriety is clearing up the wreckage of our past. I took my DUI classes last year for a DUI that I got in 2018. I was the only person in class that had been sober for multiple years
