Co-dependency is my struggle. I don't know how to exclude my favorite human.

You just have to be yourself, you are separate from everyone including your fav female or mail. It is not love where that comes from but the past and hence addictive relationships. Love yourself and do the 12 steps on relationships . It msy open your eyes to the big picture. Be easy on you) Fredrick

Thanks man. I feel it's time I get a sponsor to help me with the steps. I'm from a small town. Not many sponsors to choose from. Seeking out the right sponsor is key.

I get it. Putting up a wall between you and your favorite person feels wrong. But think of it like pressing pause instead of delete. You just need some space to work on you. Take it one hour at a time
