When entering a recovery group I find it easy to accept the black cup of coffee, which is readily available at every meeting. Coffee becomes my alcohol of choice. I have always been a coffee lover. However, it has a new significance in my life. The warm cup in my hand welcoming me to a new group let's me know that the same recovery is waiting for me to say, hi, my name is Sharon B.
