I am a bit of a coffee and tea lover. Thought I'd see what everyone's favorite brewed dink is. This week I made a milk chai. That is now one of my favorites; right next to a good cup of black coffee or any other hot tea.

Aeropress espresso with half and half.
Lately, chai. Before I realized my stomach couldn’t handle it, pour over coffee with a shot of half & half. I started making authentic chai to wean myself off the coffee. Now I own a very expensive coffee grinder I’ll probably never use again.
Hot cocoa 
Matcha latte, coffee and several teas.
One cup of coffee to start the day. Then body armor vitamin drinks. And of course distilled or purified water. Never tap or spring.
I’m making red-eyes at home with different coffees and espresso. Also…a mocha with 2 shots, oat milk and no whip is pretty spot on.

Cocoa! We have a Keirig at work and I got a giant box of mixed cocoa flavored cups. So fun!!!
And for caffeine, im a big Red Bull fan.
