Taken hydeocodene for 20 yrs stopped for 6 days barely get off couch or took a shower. Turned off the phone. How many days before I am alert enough where I feel like I can shower and clean and do mental stuff such as my job so many people depend on me and not knowing when I will feel normal again and I mean just normal to shower and clean this is what is keeping me from staying clean or wanting to get clean

Six days is still really early after 20 years. Your brain and body have been relying on that medication for a long time and they don't just reset in a week - what you're feeling right now is your nervous system recalibrating, and that takes time. Realistically it's probably a few weeks before you feel functional and a few months before you feel like yourself. That's not to scare you, just so you're not measuring yourself against a timeline that isn't realistic for what your body has been through. What you did took courage
