Braggart! Lol. Wow, you definitely a miracle worker. Huge congratulations on this new you milestone. Spread that wisdom around. Hope to catch up to that milestone someday. Came close a couple times. This time the best yet in sobriety. Easy street. All thanks to my higher power.

I don't see it as bragging more of sharing strength and hope. I was going for years to a doctor for "talk therapy" and meds, but things changed when I heard the story of someone in recovery, keeping it real about their testimony that I came to believe and make efforts one day at a time. Some of us, when we're in the hole, we need something palpable to hold on to. Please don't get me wrong, yesterday I was struggling with dealing with past traumas and core beliefs from the experiences. I choose to reach out to the crisis line and God. Now I am on my way to my doctor to get tested and referred to a specialist.

Yeah, life never stops. And of course, this disease never stops trying. Again tho, awesome job. Was just a bad joke in jest. Truly a miracle you are.

Sometimes it feels like it might be "bragging," but addiction/alcoholism are such killers! We need to know that people do recover.
