Thank you I needed that reminder today🙏 was at emerg with brother in law all night and morning he recently admitted to being an alcoholic and asked for my help, and me going through the demon still it helped me a little bit to be able to guide him the right way, but now I suffer with 30 minutes sleep and a full day of work, but I am still very greatful to be sober today
