You hitting up AA meetings?
Been struggling a bit to get over the God stuff, but a few guys at my recovery center got me to go to one with them and helped me start to work through understanding the spiritual part in a different way to help me get past some old resentments. Next week I’m gonna be hitting them up every day trying to find one that really “fits”

AA has done wonders for me. The fellowship (friends) is great. Look for the good in AA and focus on it, not the things that irk you

I did as well my friend. I called it GUS. Great Universal Spirit. Helped me a lot. Ran with that for about 14 months. Then a had another spiritual experience that shifted my mindset and I got honest with myself and said why do I always have to change things? And I said thank you God. So today I have God in my life. But if Big book Steve didn’t show to the treatment facility and read the big book to us and tell us to call it GUS, for those who weren’t ready for God I don’t know where I’d be right now.
I took step two with the idea that I can’t stop the waves on a beach from crashing therefore a power greater then myself is happening every time the waves crash on the Beach.
Sounds like you have a good plan for meetings… and a support group. Keep in touch
