After being off work for a year, ( my last use of DOC was July 20 lth 2023 but I smoked weed till I went to rehab in October 2023. A co worker that hasn't seen me since I was in addiction with my DOC gave me the biggest boost of confidence today 
they said I had a sparkle in my eye that they haven't seen for a long time . That compliment made me so happy !!!

Promises coming true
It means alot to me when people I haven't seen in a long time say stuff like that because we look ourselves daily and don't see the day to day changes

I wish everyone else knew how impacting this can be for recovering/ recovered addicts. I let my co worker now how much it meant to me
