i’ve been trying to practice that if something bad happens i won’t let it ruin my day. In theory, it seems like it should be fairly easy and just drop it and move forward….
idk why it’s so hard for me to move past stuff. let it roll off and forget about it….im having a bad day if you couldn’t tell
im feeling down meh.
any suggestions on how you brush stuff off and move forward???

I do the same thing. I’m not sure I have any great wisdom to pass on to you. Sometimes I just gotta accept that I’m not always going to have good days. I do try and be aware that I have a choice in the matter. Keep practicing. I think that’s an important way to think about it. We are practicing. It wasn’t long ago when we were stuck in a pattern of self destruction. If you think about it, we have come a very long way
