Whenever Iโm struggling (whether it be with cravings, difficult emotions/situations, etc.), I like to refer to my arsenal of coping strategies/skills.
My Top 3 are:
Connecting with a supportive person in my network.
Doing some sort of physical activity like going outside for a walk or doing jumping jacks
Reading a book that will help me escape in a healthy way for a little while.
