The best decision i ever made was to stop putting alcohol in my body. I’m over 3 yrs sober, doing aa work and lovin life! It’s amazing how great I feel about everything and how my mind has healed from the self destruction.
One simple day at a time.

What may feel rocky and bumpy now will only smooth out for you the longer you stay sober. The body and mind start to change and mentally and physically we grow

Im a year and a half sober. My kids that I didn't see for 8 years are back in my life. I work in treatment and can help people struggling. I'm about to be off parole and probation for the first time in my adulthood. Im 43, been on paper since I was 20. The promises come true in my life on a daily basis. I give this away all the time, like people did for me. God is good all the time!
