So I had something pretty traumatic happen back at the end of June 2wks after my dad had passed & today I finally had my first counseling session that lasted 2hrs. To tell my story was emotional but at the same time very healing. Can’t wait for my next session next week & to start working a program soon too for the first time ever. God is good.
