I stopped drinking for my health. I didnt want to and boy are the cravings real. Please tell me it gets easier.

I still crave multiple times a day but they come in waves if you could just get through the second minutes it'll pass keep telling yourself it's worth it because you're worth it I don't know you but I love you and you're an amazing person I have faith in you you got this
Cravings come and they will go but as you keep reaching out for support you’ll become stronger. Try drinking some water, eat something, step outside, text someone, or a few deep breaths. Anything to distract yourself. Cravings don’t tend to last long when you keep moving. It gets better and you’re going to love where sobriety takes you. Let’s keep going.
