They come and go but already less approaching one week of sobriety. Been feeling understandably low as I was drinking daily. Mostly been sleeping too much as it's an escape. Hopefully my friends will be down for something this weekend because not having the bar scene is getting lonely

We look back and think drinking or using were, was “ so great “.
It is not great.
It is just a lot of lies and conditioning.
