Daily Gratitude Drop 💌

Taking a deep breath today and just… feeling it.
The goodness. The growth. The grace.

Here’s what I’m grateful for right now:

:sun_with_face: My sobriety, the foundation of everything. It gave me myself back.
:us: The 4th of July energy, not for the noise, but for the freedom. The fresh start. The glow.
:family_man_woman_girl_boy: My family, for loving me through every version of myself.
:sparkles: The opportunities unfolding with my boss, feeling trusted, supported, and creatively activated.
:computer: A career that lets me use my weird, wild mind in beautiful ways.
:woman_in_lotus_position: The tools that help me stay grounded, yoga, music, movement, and moments of stillness.
:revolving_hearts: My partner, a safe space in human form.
:seedling: The version of me that kept going even when it was hard.
:crystal_ball: The mystery, because not knowing what’s next is starting to feel kind of exciting.

If you’re reading this, take 30 seconds and name 3 things you’re grateful for.
Don’t overthink it. Just feel it.

Grateful for money.

When I was in active addiction I didn’t have anything. No money. I had
Nothing in my name. Now I shop every weekend because I can lol

Grateful that I’m okay with talking about my own past and it will no determine who I am today.

Congratulations on your sober journey!!!

Added you

The small things in life that I took for granted, such as food, shelter, family, and friends, because I didnt have any of them during active addiction.

To be able to be sitting here writing this post and get a new beginning with every new day because it was pretty dark for a while.

Being able to live a life with no filter lack better terms bc we can't change the past, only learn from it. Congrats on your journey, it's a victory each and every day, and keep it up :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: and feel free to always reach out!
