That support matters so much. What’s something your sponsor said that’s really helped you?
So far what's really stuck, he told me that everything outside my finger tips I have no control over, everything inside my finger tips is the only thing I can control. That has helped so much now. When I first came to treatment my wife was supposed to go to treatment as well, let's just say I'm sitting here with 60 days today and she is still out there using. At first I was trying to talk her into getting into treatment. I'm learning to let go and let god. I just finished my 3rd step and I learned that if it's in gods will then it will happen. If it doesn't happen then it wasn't meant to be. All I can say is Im working on myself right now and Im not getting loaded over that situation. Just for today
