I’m struggling today, so it’s more challenging to come up with daily gratitudes; but here we go!

  1. I have a job in my professional field that offers me flexibility
  2. I have a safe home for my son
  3. I have a safe and comfortable vehicle to bring us where we need to go.
  4. It’s sunny today after days of dreary clouds and rain

  1. You now have a recovery program to deal with moments like this. You no longer are a zombie who numbs herself. You now know this to shall pass, and you will get thru these feelings
